Experiential workshop, 2017
We explored the concepts of self regulation & self awareness: "using play, breath, art, action methods and process to explore the lines, curves, and overlap between our personal professional selves."

Workshops include:
Mindful embodied awareness: techniques are used to become more present and observant of one's mind, breath & physical sensations.
Discussion: exploration of important themes and concepts relevant to the group's experience.
Movement: activities range from call and response movement to gestural expression, supporting multiple avenues towards understanding diverse perspectives.
Art Supplies: Participants are encouraged to explore with the materials that are provided to support the group work. There are many considerations when deciding upon what materials to use in a workshop: access, travel, familiarity, and time.
Digital Apps: Depending on the size of the group, we may use different online digital apps to increase group access and sharing of images, thoughts, and experiences. Access to a computer, the ability to have multiple tabs open at a time, and a webcam is necessary for online group workshops via Zoom.
