Harvesting from the Heart 10/18 & 25, 11/1 & 8 Tuesdays, 5:30 - 7, in Santa Fe $215 Our hearts hold the wisdom of our bodies, souls, and minds. Neuroscience suggests that the mirror neurons in our hearts support humans' ability to be empathic. Over the last few seasons what has your heart experienced? Connection, intimacy, loss, belonging, longing, ache, rupture, or repair? We will use art materials, movement, and reflection. In this 4 week therapeutic art in-person group, we will explore the lessons we have learned from our emotions, the gifts we have received from pain, and make space for honoring the incredible work our hearts have done. SWC students receive a 10% discount. Group participants are able to receive up to 2 personal consultation sessions. 45 minutes for $75 |
